ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using any or all parts of the Caring Crate website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Your use of our service expressly conditions and denotes your acceptance of, and compliance with, all terms and conditions laid out by Caring Crate. If for any reason you do not agree to any or all of the following terms & conditions, please refrain from using this site and our services.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Caring Crate reserves the right, with sole discretion, to modify or change our terms & conditions at any time. Upon modification of these terms, Caring Crate will always notify you, the customer, of these modifications. It is your responsibility as a user of our website and services to familiarize yourself with our terms and conditions and to be aware of modified terms. Use of our website and services upon review of this modified terms denotes your acceptance of such modified terms.
REGARDING OUR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS
"Services" pertains to any or all services offered by Caring Crate and includes, without limitation, the subscription box service, the purchase of one or more of our subscription boxes, including the goods (products) offering therein, the use of this website and any other Services Caring Crate performs for you via Caring Crate.
Caring Crate reserves the right to discontinue services at any time, including restricting your use of various services and suspending your use of services as they see fit.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
Through Caring Crate, you may purchase one or more of our subscription boxes through our subscription service to receive monthly shipments of boxes containing a curated selection of 4-5 full-sized products related to health and wellness. The various types of subscriptions and their pricing information is available on the How it Works page, in addition to the FAQ page. Subscriptions for boxes through Caring Crate are available at varying lengths (1, 3 or 6 months) and are available for purchase on the Shop page. For your subscription, Caring Crate will charge you each month and will ship your subscription box to the address you provide at the same time each month. Regardless of whether you choose a short-term or long-term subscription, each subscription is billed monthly (not as a lump-sum). As per the FAQs, your subscription box will ship out to you on the 20th of each month. The cut-off date by which you must order your box in order to receive it, is the 6th of each month. Should you choose to cancel your subscription, you will have until the 6th of each month to do so.
Accuracy of billing information
Caring Crate will charge all subsequent fees for your chosen subscription to the billing information you provide upon purchase. When you purchase a subscription with Caring Crate, you acknowledge and accept that you are responsible for providing Caring Crate with accurate billing information, including accurate payment and shipping information. In the event that you update to your billing information (such as your payment or address information), you must notify Caring Crate within 14 days of such update(s) in order for your subscription box to be delivered for the subsequent month. If the payment information you have provided is not correct, or Caring Crate is unable to process your payment (see "Moonclerk" section of these Terms & Conditions), Caring Crate will make every attempt to contact you regarding the error in processing to inform you of the issue. Failure to provide accurate billing information may result in the delay or cancellation of your subscription with Caring Crate.
By purchasing a subscription with Caring Crate, you accept and acknowledge that you are responsible for providing not only correct billing information, but correct shipping information. Caring Crate is not responsible for lost, stolen or mishandled boxes upon delivery. Additionally, if you provide Caring Crate with inaccurate shipping information, Caring Crate is not responsible for the failure of the delivery of your box to the correct address.
Caring Crate reserves the right to change or modify the price of each subscription box, upon notice to you, at their sole discretion, provided that any subscription you have already paid for at the time of such notice will not be affected by such a change for the then-current subscription.
Cancellation & Renewal
At the end of each Subscription term, you subscription with Caring Crate will automatically renew for an additional subscription term, unless you choose otherwise. You will be notified of your subscription renewal via e-mail. Should you choose to cancel your subscription with Caring Crate, you must do so no later than by the 6th day of that month. For instance, if you purchased a 3-month subscription box with Caring Crate and did not want to renew said subscription, you must notify Caring Crate of your desire to cancel said subscription by the 6th day of the month in which you are meant to receive your next box.
Caring Crate reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order, at their sole discretion. In the event that Caring Crate were to cancel or refuse your order, Caring Crate will attempt to notify you via e-mail using the contact information you provided upon purchase of your subscription order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Caring Crate does not accept returns or exchanges of any subscription box, nor any product within any subscription box. Each box is carefully curated and lovingly assembled to ensure you receive your subscription box damage-free, however, Caring Crate ultimately has no control over how your subscription box arrives to you after being posted. Should your box or any product within arrive damaged, please contact Caring Crate within two weeks of receiving said box. You will need to provide Caring Crate with photographic evidence of such damage (via e-mail) in order to receive a replacement product or box. boxes are shipped by a third-party courier and, as such, the title and risk of loss or damage to a box passes to you upon our delivery of the box to the courier.
Though Caring Crate makes every effort to ensure the information provided on its website, in addition to the information contained in the box, is accurate and truthful, Caring Crate cannot make any representation or warranty as to the accuracy or reliability of information on its website and/or contained in the box. Caring Crate makes no representations nor warranties whatsoever regarding the products provided by other brands or vendors, and you acknowledge that any or all reliance on representations and warranties provided by any brand or vendor shall be at your own risk. Furthermore, Caring Crate accepts no responsibility regarding your use of the products in each box; any or all such use is at your own risk.
