Turmeric is certainly getting lots of press lately - and it's for good reason. It's a powerful natural anti-inflammatory that can help to ease joint pain and muscle soreness as well as soothe the gut.  Turmeric also helps to amp up your body's antioxidant activity, which can help to boost your immune system, as well as helps to protect your heart and brain.
