Inside the Box: Reflection

Posted by on

The Reflection box was designed to help inspire you to take a moment to yourself, practice gratitude, and slow down. Let’s take a look at the items included in this month’s box:

Mulled Cider Teariffic Tea & Leaf Tea Infuser

There’s nothing quite like a good cup of tea to encourage you to take a little me time. This naturally caffeine-free tea from Tearrific is designed to taste just like apple cider, and has pieces of apple, almonds, rosehips, and hibiscus, along with cinnamon, cloves, and safflower petals. We added a cute leaf-inspired tea diffuser to make it super easy for you to enjoy this delicious loose leaf tea blend.

Apt. 6 Wildfire Natural Perfume Oil

Apt. 6 is a Canadian-based company that makes small batch wellness products, inspired by the store owner’s daughter’s struggle with anxiety. Each product features the power of soothing essential oils for self-care, and also gives back a portion of the proceeds from each purchase to children’s mental health initiatives. We included Wildfire, a natural perfume oil with clove, bergamot, silver fir, and lime, designed to inspire coziness.

Small Batch Soap Co. Vanilla Chai Sugar Scrub

Vegan and cruelty-free, this sugar scrub combines Small Bath Soap Co.’s whipped soap with the exfoliating power of cane sugar to help slough off any dry skin, while the shea butter, avocado oil, and safflower oil help lock in moisture. Plus, it smells amazing - trust us!

The Creative Spark Shop Daily Reflections Notepad

Journaling can be so helpful for boosting your mental health, and this beautiful notepad provides such a great way to get a little bit of a gratitude practice in. We love that there’s sections for focusing on what you’re grateful for, inspiration, and accomplishments, to help your brain learn to look for that bit of good in every day.
